Women at Grace
Downtown

Connection & Contentment

Recently, about 250 women from our Downtown campus got together for a Women at Grace event—an opportunity for women to be discipled and connect with one another. This event was planned with the hope that women would be inspired to action by hearing from women in various seasons share how God is moving in their lives, by hearing more of an ongoing campus vision for members to be biblically saturated, and by being challenged to grow in the area of contentment. Downtown campus pastor, Scofield Foster, shared a devotional on this topic, which was followed by a time of worship and prayer to end the night.

One woman shared, "The women at my table were so open and honest. The way the event progressed set the stage perfectly for breaking down walls and then giving women an opportunity to be heard and known. It was so powerful to me to have our women all in one room to talk and worship. The Spirit was present. I am excited for the follow ups that will come out of the night."

We are celebrating this night with our Downtown campus, and we pray that the Holy Spirit continues to move in the hearts of these women, their communities, and the Downtown campus. To learn more about our Women's ministry at all of our campuses, click below.
